Terry Ferrell was sentenced to life in prison following a jury trial in 2005. The trial court permitted Ferrell to file a delayed motion for a new trial in 2024, but ultimately denied the motion in January, 2026. Ferrell appeals the denial on the basis of DNA exclusions and witness recantations.
